Visited to treat myself to a cream tea for brunch on my last day in St Austell. The freshest, most crumbly and huge scone I've encountered, served with a choice of jam and a pot of clotted cream - delicious with the Cornish tea in a pot. Companion had scrambled eggs with bacon on granary toast and that was also tasty (and huge!). Very friendly team and great service, with interesting local information & history on display.
